Riley at MS.....

I've been making Christmas ressies now for 2 weeks.....Today was the last two days Dec 31, Jan1....made them without a hitch...Riley at MS was very pleasant and helpful during our conversation....

Later this morning my kids (home from school) called to say Disney called and would call back when I got home around 1pm....I'm thinking it was Chef Mickey's (that's a different story)

Any how I'm home making lunch and the phone rings...it's Riley from MS....she was calling to say that I was missing the 26, 27 from my 2 weeks of ressies....Well I then explained that we were moving out for the weekend nights in the middle to be able to afford in points the entire 2 weeks.....She said that she was worried that I wouldn't have any place to sleep on those nights and wanted to make sure I got a ressie....It was such a thoughtful and above the call of duty thing to do I thougt....

I nominate Riley to officially recieve a Badshoe Thankshoe Pin....

Now I have to call memberservices and send her a pin...

I talked to Reilly the first day I was making our Xmas ressie. She was very sweet and helpful! Of the 8 CM's I've talked to in the last 2 weeks, she impressed my the most.


I didn't get a call about the 12/26-12/27, but when I started my New Years week ressies, the CM asked about it. I told him we were going to Universal for the weekend. He said we could stay a WDW and go to Universal. I replied that we wanted FOTL! LOL! He said O.K. just want to make sure you had somewhere to stay. so much nicer than dealing with CRO.

Ohhhhh, I post as DH again!
