riding harry potters ride

my future brother in law is coming to our wedding at disney but want to go to universal to ride harry potter. He is about 6'2' or 6 3 and is rather a large person maybe 280 or more. I thought i heard their was a size limit on this ride to fit in the vechile

my hubby is that exact height/weight and fit in a modified seat...he thought the harness did push on his shoulders a bit much, but it was over in a few minutes and worth it
