Riding Back to the Future question?

I don't know how those rides stay in existance with so many complaining about them. You'd think the parks would realize they make people sick.

I first rode BTTF in 1999. I was sick for hours after I rode it. I even looked over to the side and that didn't even help me. Up until that point in my life, I had never gotten any form of motion sickness.
I decided to ride it again this past summer, thinking, maybe, just maybe, the ride wasn't as bad as I remembered. I had taken some dramamine that morning in case I had a bought of motion sickness. I even rode in the front. Never again will I ever set foot on this ride. Not only is it SO close to the screen, but it is so rough and jerky. I found that I was hanging on for dear life, and then the headache started. Even with the motion sickness medication, I still wanted to lose my breakfast when we got off.
So, the moral of the story is....until this ride gets some major overhaul, I will never ride it again!

Thanks for all of your great input!!! I think I will skip this ride and let DH ride by himself.
