I think RideMax would be worth your while. It’s $15 for a three month subscriptions and it’s easy to use.
Here are some rides in DL that typically have very long lines:
FL: Peter Pan, Dumbo, Alice, Matterhorn (Matterhorn reopens June 15)
TL: Finding Nemo Subs
The following 2 rides are not really great but they're fun for young children (and can have fairly long lines): Astro Orbitor and Gadget’s Go Coaster
FastPass Order (in general): Star Tours --> Space --> Splash --> Indy --> Autopia --> BTMRR
The FP machines for Roger Rabbit have usually been disconnected from the other FP machines, which means that you can usually get your first set of FPs for RR at any time.
Pirates (PotC) is a high-capacity ride, so it can have longer lines, but the line moves fairly quickly.
From my (limited) experience, Haunted Mansion usually (?) has shorter lines at night.
These are just some somewhat helpful generalizations. RideMax can give you better information.
