Rides with a Leg Cast or Knee Brace?

I have injured -- possibly cracked -- my kneecap and need to keep my knee immobilized with my leg straight out in front of me in a brace. My next x-ray is October 8... and we leave for WDW on October 12.

While I hope the news will be good on the 8th, I'm trying to prepare myself just in case I need to remain braced through our trip. Since it will be a short trip, we only have a few rides on our wish list, but now I'm afraid I won't be able to ride them all. I'm only 5'2" so I may be able to ride a few attractions with my leg in front of me, but I'm not sure of which ones will be too difficult to attempt.

A search of the DIS lead me to a 2002(!) thread that included a ancient link to WDW's site for Guests with Disabilities and the section of the FAQ for guests with full leg casts: http://disney.go.com/vacations/websites/disabilities/mk/faq.html. Obviously, none of the newer attractions (like Expedition Everest) made the list, and those are the ones I'm most curious about.

Anyone have any experience with this?

I had a Donjoy leg brace after my knee surgery. It lept the knee joint from impact but I could bend it, just kept it from side to side movement and no load on the joint. It was from my thigh to my mid calf and i wore it to disney.
