Just a quick fyi, it's NOT Ipecac, Ipecac is what you give someone when you WANT them to vomit, not as a motion sickness medicine. I know there is something you can use, in fact there are quite a few somethings you can use, Hyland Motion Sickness medication comes to mind...but please, don't take Ipecac......
lol, yes, it actually IS ipecac. not the ipecac syrup you buy in the little bottle on the baby aisle at toys r us, but small pellets in a bottle purchased at the health food store.
that's essentially how homeopathy works....you take something that under normal circumstances would cause those symptoms (ie: nausea). if you take it when those symptoms actually exist, the remedy counteracts the symptoms.

here's an exerpt from an article explaining homeopathy...
Homeopaths often prescribe homeopathic Ipecac in extremely dilute amounts to treat vomiting. In homeopathy, what causes vomiting can be used to treat vomiting. Homeopaths use Ipecac to treat vomiting from many causes: morning sickness, motion sickness, vertigo, and others.
