Rides for 1yr old

Other than the obvious rides, what kind of rides can a 1yr old ride on? Can they ride on Splash Mountain, Peter Pan, POC, etc? I can't remember what the minimum heights are.

I think it depends on the child and their temperament, but definitely not Splash Mountain!

Peter Pan, I would think, or anything else where you're not actually being jostled around. Obviously anything with a height restriction would be off limits.

One of my best memories is when we took our son, who was 9 months old at the time, and his favorite 'ride' was the 'big golf ball' in Epcot. For some reason he really got a kick out of that.

We took our daughter on every ride without a height restriction (except Astro Orbiter) when she was 3, 4, 6, and 9 months and she loved every one!

We just took our 9 month old with us last summer, this year she'll be 18 months and I don't know if her ride options will change much. Her favorites were Pooh's Honey Pots, Aladdin Magic Carpets, Buzz Lightyear at MK and Safari at Animal Kingdom, the Playhouse Disney Live show at MGM. We didn't go to Epcot last year so I too am curious what rides she could go on there.

that would be a giant NO for Splash...should be able to ride anything without height restrictions- ie Pirates, Jungle Cruise, most if not all the fantasy Land stuff.....Everything but ToT and RnR at MGM, everything but TT, M:S and maybe the Maelstrom at Epcot....and neither Dinosaur nor Primeval Whirl at DAK
