Rides after happily ever after

Looks like there will be Disney after hours event for March 1st. Happily ever after is scheduled for 8 pm with a park closure of 9. Is it realistic to get a few more rides in after the fireworks but before the after hours event? Also are they still allowing normal guests to stay in the park for a while during the after hours event? I doubt we will do the after hours event at this point but may stay around to shop a little after 9 if it’s allowed.

You can ride several rides after HEA, you just need to be in line before 9:00. You'll still be able to stay in the park after park close, like normal, but you won't be allowed to get in line for any rides/attractions after 9.
