I am honestly not trying to break the rules, so if this is rule-breaking someone should call me out right away, but it occurred to me that we can actually get six "FPs" in a day if we use this rider swap strategy (we are a family of 2 adults, 2 kids, and a baby):
1) Book FP just for DH, who rides alone while the rest of us wait and picks up a rider swap;
2) Me and two kids use the rider swap to ride via the FP lane while DH takes a turn waiting with the baby;
3) Repeat steps 1-2 two more times, for a total of three rides per person so far;
4) Book three fastpasses for me and the two kids, and each time pick up rider swap so DH can ride after us.
This way each member of our party is only booking 3 FPs, but we would each get to ride six rides without the standby queue.
Would it work? Is it allowed? Typically, when we have used rider swap in the past we booked FPs for all four of us even though one adult had to wait behind with the baby, but it seems like that is inefficient because then you aren't really using the FP for the person who waited behind. This solution just seems too good to be true so I wanted to poll folks here for thoughts.
