Rider swap strategy!?!

Hi! Wondering if someone could walk me through step by step how to use rider swap or how to maximize FP with Rider Swap? Also wondering if it's possible to get more than one Rider Swap pass per group? Our group consists of me, my husband, my parents(aka best grandparents ever!) & my 6 kids ages 14,11,9,7,5 & 2.5. For example, if my husband took 2 kids & I had my 2.5 year old who can't ride Indy they would give me a Rider swap card for me to ride with the 2 kids my husband took on the ride right? BUT could my dad(grandpa) take the 2 other of my older kids to also ride Indy while my mom(grandma)stayed behind with my 5 year old & could she then get another other Rider Swap card to then take the 2 kids my dad took previously to go again later that day? In my mind, I think this works but haven't been back to DL since 2012 & forget how all this works! TIA for any help & advice you could give!

For Indy it would just be faster to use single rider for the people who wait with the non-riders. I guess if there are rides that 2 kids are skipping you could just pretend to be 2 different parties to get more swaps. But rider swap is really intended to make sure that the person who watches a child that is too short to ride doesn't have to ride alone. Disney is nice enough to include 3 people instead of 2, but it's not intended to make sure that all of your kids get to ride everything twice. Just explain that they have to take turns with who gets the extra swap rides.

If both kids (the 2.5 yr old and the 5 yr old) are both too short, yes your strategy will work. You can also pull a fp for Indy and splash for similar return times for each half of your party and use the fp in conjunction with the rider swap pass
