Rider Swap/Rope Drop FOP

We are a family of 5 heading down next May and I'm planning on rope dropping Pandora one of our mornings. DH and I will have DD6, DS5, and a 4 month old. Is the line fairly orderly at the actual queue at rope drop to get a rider swap pass? I'm envisioning a mob moving quickly through the queue and I don't want my kids ran over while we are trying to push a stroller with a baby to the front to get the pass! Hoping its not that bad, but I'm not sure what to expect?!
