Ride Wait Times

Hi everyone!... I'm headed to US/IOA next week and I know this has probably been posted before but I was just wondering what some of the rides wait times are like with Harry Potter being open. I understand Harry Potter is extremely crowded but what about other rides. The rides I'm interested in are MIB, Jaws, Shrek 4D, Mummy, HRRR and Simpsons over at US. As for IOA, I'm interested inSpiderman, Hulk, dudley, Popeye, Jurassic Park. Also wondering if nighttime is still the best time to hit Potter land. We have passes and have been to WWoHP twice so far. Each time we go, we start our day at Universal (we usually get there between 9:30 and 10 in the morning) and we begin with E.T. Then, we work our way around the circle riding each attraction that we come to (Simpsons, MIB, Jaws, etc.) To give you an idea of how long this might take you, we were just there on Saturday and arrived at our usual time and we were done with everything from E.T. through The Mummy by lunchtime. We also were taking our time and stopping to take pictures with characters. Our plan for WWoHP has been to go over to IOA around 2 and it's worked for us so far. On Saturday, we got to WWoHP around 2:30 and the wait time for FJ was only 45 minutes. Spiderman is becoming the longest wait for us lately - I don't know if we just have bad luck, but it always breaks down when we're in line! We have waited longer for that on our last 2 visits then we have for FJ!

From what I've seen, these are average wait times for August:
MIB=30-45 min
Jaws=30 min
Simpsons=30-40 min
Shrek 4-D= 25 min
Mummy=20-35 min
HRRR=60-90 min. Get there before 11, it'll be no more than 20

IOA
Spider-Man=45-70 min
Hulk=30-50 min
Dudley=in the morning, it'll be no more than 20, but it can get up to 70 min
Popeye=60 min, but mornings and nights are not crowded
Jurassic Park=45-60 min, but like all water rides it's only crowded in the heat
Dragons=20 mins
FJ=60-120 mins
Cat in the Hat=30 mins
