Ride wait time apps

Last time we went to Disney it seemed like Touring Plans ride wait times were much more a accurate than the wait times listed on the WDW app. I'm trying to decide if it is worth it to subscribe to Touring Plans again just for this feature. Do you think the wait times on the WDW are pretty accurate now?

On our recent trip, I used the TP Lines app amd DH used the WDW app. I felt the Lines app was more accurate. For instance, we entered Soarin' and WDW app listed a 60min standby line. Lines app listed 30min wait and we waited 32min.

I prefer the touring plans app, for us its well worth the money. The wait times have been more accurate and the predictions as to when the lines will increase/decrease are really helpful as well.

I'm the same. I really like the Lines app, and would often submit wait times myself

WDW is going to over-estimate the wait times so that you will be pleasantly surprised. Lines will pretty much nail it within +/- 5 mins in my experience.
