I am going to be going to WDW with a uneven amount of adults versus kids. So one of my concerns is if we will fit into certain rides at one time or trip. For instance with Peter Pan , Dumbo , and Buzz Lightyear how many people do they allow into each seat? We have 2 adults and 3 kids. Will they allow one adult and 2 kids in any or all of these? Otherwise if only 2 people are allowed in at a time is child swap ok for getting a child that didnt get to go on? Or only for kids that cant or wont? Will I have to get in line all over again just so that the other child that didnt get the ride can now get one ?

Is this confusing? lol Sorry its so hot here I cant think / type straight!

Basically I am hoping they will let my Dh and DS 6 and DS 5 ride in one cart so my DD 13 has someone to ride with ( me) . My Dh and I will will swap kids at times so we can all get to enjoy watching them on the rides but I would feel awful if my DD had to ride each one alone or wait to go through the line again. I know she is old enough but we want to be able to experience it together.

I have seen ride info lots of places but not anything as far as how many seats for the ride and amount of riders per seat.Anyone have a link to a page that does?

Not sure if this helps but all I can tell you is, for the last 2 years my DH, DS11 and myself rode quite a few of the rides together.

You'll be fine on everything. When our dd's were small, we could even fit 4 on Peter Pan!! The CM's are very accommodating. Have a fun time!:thumbsup2

We were just at Disney World the last week of July. There were 5 of us this trip because we took my DS20's girlfriend with us. I also have a DD16 so we're all adult-sized people! My DH and DD and I sat together in the same row on Pooh and fit fine in the Peter Pan boat. I think you will be fine trading off sitting with the two smaller children on other rides. You could fit three people in the Buzz Lightyear ride but there's only two guns so someone would have to just point out the targets and not actually shoot them! You should be fine on Dumbo if you wanted to put the two little ones with one adult or maybe your 13 year old might like an elephant all to herself! I really worried about this before our trip because my DD had always had her brother to ride with and I wasn't sure how I'd feel about riding by myself every now and then but it wasn't bad at all! I sat alone on Rock'n'Roller Coaster and also one time on Big Thunder Mountain. It wasn't any big deal at all and I think between you and your DH and your DD you can trade off riding with the little ones and riding alone! Have a great time on your trip!

Thanks everyone. You all made me feel better. I know it sounds like a silly thing to worry about . But I know how my little guys are a bit nervous about some of the rides still . With everyones advice I think I kinda pecked out a few ideas of how to handle the ride situation .

WISHES~ When it comes to some rides like Dumbo , Alladin , and etc . you are sooo right! lol My DD definatly wants those to herself anyway. I am sure she wouldnt be thrilled with her baby brothers getting to control the ride for her ( or any ride like that!) . Especially since our little scaredy cat DS 5 already let us no that his dumbo will NOT be flying high. ( scared of any heights since he was a baby! lol)

On Buzz Lightyear, you don't have to tell the Cast Member how many people are in your party. You get into the vehicles on your own. On that one, your daughter probably will want to ride on her own. She's thirteen, she'll probably want to control the spinning and have a gun to herself to try and beat everyone else. Also, there are two guns on the vehcile. If she doesn't spin that much, she can use both of them.
