Am planning to go to DLP for the first time over Christmas. Two days so I can hopefully hit most of the major stuff

I am extremely well versed in the "old" fast pass system and go to WDW regularly. But could use your help at DLP

1. Best "American type" meal for Christmas dinner?

2. Can you please oh please give me a list of "must dos" (ride wise). Kids Ages: 10,15. But pretty much will ride anything. I just need help planning the days

Thanks! Can't wait to go. Visiting from Texas!

Walts on mainstreet would be good, you can look at the menu on dlpguide.com other wise any of the buffets would be good as they have carvery and gravy with a nice selection of vegetables; either Plaza Gardens or any buffet restaurants in the hotels.

Rides for teens in the Disneyland Park would be Space Mountain (The Paris version goes upside down) Indiana Jones (another coaster that goes upside down), Big Thunder Mountain and the usual Pirates, Phantom Manor, Buzz Lightyear etc
In the Studios Crush's Coaster is different and lots of fun, Toy Story Playland has RC Racer and the new Ratatouille ride looks great. then there is ToT and RnR aswell.

Have fun planning :thumbsup2

Hi texasmomoftwo!

How exciting - a Christmas trip!

I can't help with query 1 but as for 2 - here's my ranking of must dos for confident, Disney-loving 10/15 yr olds - just my opinion - I'm sure others have theirs too but here's a start for you:

MAIN PARK RIDES
Big Thunder Mountain (FP)
Pirates of the Caribbean
Phantom Manor
Disney Dreams (show - if it's still on)
Space Mountain
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril
Mad Hatter's Tea Cups
La Taniere du Dragon - under the castle
Peter Pan's Flight (FP)

STUDIOS RIDES
Tower of Terror (FP)
Crush's Coaster
Rock n Roller Coaster
Tram Tour
Cinemagique

Haven't done Ratatouille yet but once I have I'm guessing that will also be a must-do for me!

I've put FP against the ones it's useful to get a Fast Pass for (again in my opinion - others may disagree).

Ratatouille in the Studios.....brand new and you need to ride it or you'll kick yourself :-)

Thanks everyone! Is there fast pass for Ratatouille?

Yes - at the moment tgey are giving them out just before official patk opening (gates open at 9:30 ready for 10am start) then again after 1pm. Just keep visiting at various times as they will most probably stagger the fast pass distribution :-)

There is - they just don't have them open all the time, it's staggered times x
(I really was on a destroy my spelling and typing with my last post haha!!)
