Ride refurbs- missing a sticky?

There must, somewhere in the wealth of knowledge that is the DIS, be a sticky or superthread or something that shows where to get the best information on ride closures and I am admitting my defeat. I can't find it.

The information at AllEars doesn't match the information other places and it becomes a little exasperating. I am having trouble finding the information on the official Disney site and I'm sure someone here has figured this out.

Which has different information from AllEars. Has anyone used this site and was it accurate?

The Dis now hides them here:http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/rehab.htm

You will note that they don't always update them that promptly, although I'm sure they try. For instance, the upcoming Soarin refurb isn't yet listed.

I usually go to the Rumors and News forum first for info on upcoming closures.

Disney doesn't always announce all of their refurbs.
In fact, there are times when they don't ever announce even a major refurb until day-of.
(Test Track closure/rebuild was one such "non-announcement."

So, nobody can have up-to-date accuracy.
It's not possible.

Well yes, clearly nobody can anticipate everything, but if the DIS doesn't mention some major attractions being closed and Dr. Disney does, one of them has better information than the other- but I can't tell which one. It's a little frustrating not to know who to listen to.

Not only that, but people don't read stickys, anyway. When the ticket sticky existed, people still asked questions that were answered in the sticky.
