Ride refurbishment schedules?

Can someone point me to where I can find which rides are being refurbished and when? (we need time to mentally prepare if our favorites are going to be closed ) It always takes me forever to find it and I never remember where it is. So I'm taking the lazy mans way and asking someone else to point me in that direction...
