Ride refurbishment schedule???

My husband and I are going to WDW this May and are interested in knowing where we can find a list of any new rides, any rides in the process of being closed or re-opened or any rides scheduled for refurbishment. We have not been since May of 2000 (honeymoon) and are looking forward to our favorites. Just want to make sure that we aren't disappointed - better to know in advance. . .any help is much appreciated.
