Ride ratings?

I read on another thread that the GGGHorror Make-Up Show is rated PG-13. I looked through my guide books (all of them are WDW guidebooks with Universal thrown in at the end...) and found only a buried mention of it. I can't find any other rides with such ratings. Are they all G or PG except that one? How can I find out the ride ratings (G, PG, PG-13...?) ahead of time? It will help me in planning our time at Universal and prepare the kids ahead of time for attractions we will not be able to do. (And I thought I'd only have to be concerned about height restrictions! )

Most of the stuff is unrated. The Horror Makeup Show, Beetle Juice's Graveyard Revue, and T2 are rated PG-13 for violence or content. Dont worry, some stuff will fly over kid's heads.

Oooh! You gotta see Horror Make-up Show! Even if the kids don't go see it with you. It's funny. But, my cousin (who is in her mid-twenties) brought in her daughter (going into 4th grade) to see it and all the jokes went over her head. I had a friend a couple months older than myself (almost 16) and even things flew over HER head.

Don't underestimate the innocence of kids.

But if you don't see it this time, be sure to see it another time!!!

I think the Horror Make-Up show might be rated PG-13 due to its use of very brief clips from some monstrous movies, along with the fun special effects used on stage. I can see how it might be a little much for a youngster.
