Ride Order

4 day Park Hoppers starting on July 1st. Two starts in DL and two starts in DCA.

Any opinions on our ride order for these attractions at park opening? Hopefully they let us in early...it is the first days of 8:00 a.m. openings.

DL #1 (go left):

I would probably move BTMRR to either first or second. Mainly so less backtracking.

Cross NOS to HM
Exit HM into the Splash line (only if you don't mind being wet for a while)
ANd from the exit if Splash, head into SW:GE...

Hard to say since park capacity/ops could be pretty different by 7/1, but based on my admittedly limited experience from yesterday I would not necessarily do RSR first. Line was insane by 8:30 (half hour before park was supposed to be open). Maybe it was fine when the gates actually opened, but by the time we left AC at 8:30ish they were saying the line was 2.5 hours. Went back in the afternoon and we waited about 50 minutes, 15 of which was due to ride breaking down. The rest of you plan looks solid, that's pretty close to what we did after we saw how long RSR's line was and we got on TSMM in about 10 minutes, Incredicoaster in about 20 (it was only 12 when we went back around 4:30). I think too many people had the same strategy (i.e., do RSR first) which ended up being counterproductive for most people. RSR line was back to the entrance of Cars Land while all other lines in the park were nonexistent.

Edit: I'm only referring to your plan for DCA, haven't been to DL since reopening.

My experience last week in DCA was to skip it until the afternoon. The place is mobbed with everyone trying to get into Avengers and the usual RSR rush. Every line (60 minute LM) was long until after lunch. Afternoon was great, RSR was 45 minute wait. TSMM was 25 minutes.

Things might change once they adjust on the 15th.

For DCA I would start with TSM then go to incredicoaster if you are “rope dropping”. The RSR line usually evens out after lunch to 60 minutes or less.
