Ride Max Question?

I hope you'll continue to share information because i value your opinions. I also enjoy Mrs. Bee's contributions. (loved her "what to do in DLR if you don't ride rides?" post.) I don't agree with everything you all post, but enjoy both of your contributions.

BUT...if i perceive a post to be rude, I'm going to post my opinion & call you on it... (which i guess you perceive as "an attack").....because i can.

Just to clarify.

I rarely do smilies since I've always considered this board to be a place to provide as accurate information as possible in a friendly manner. I don't think they're necessary to convey that I'm friendly.

I sent you a PM since I don't think it's appropriate to respond to your post on the board.

The most accurate information is that RideMax provides detail that likely cannot be garnered through experience only. Humans are great, but they're not proprietary math formulas that determine the greatest efficiency of a particular day.

Does RideMax have to be followed perfectly? Of course not. Like any other piece of information it can be followed or not. For example, I took a trip in March and it wanted me to get on Grand Rapids at 9:30pm before closing. Considering we were going to hop to Disneyland, it didn't make sense for us to get wet on a chilly spring night. Did we throw RideMax out the window? No. We made some minor adjustments. As it turned out, Grand Rapids was shut down that day because it broke in the morning and they couldn't get it running again (at least not before dark).

I didn't know they had a Michigan themed ride at Disneyland. :rotfl:
