i just got back from wdw and the lines were horrible. i have never seen them this bad and i go down there all the time. there was a three and a half hour wait for test track. tower of terror was two hours long. and the line for fastamic went down that winding road in the back and then on to the road by tower of terror and then down the main street there. The line for the boat ride through the plants and stuff went through all the winding rails and then it went past the escilators and down the hall. we were there for five days went to mgm. magic kingdom and epcot and we only road 10 rides. It was an awasome trip though. we stayed with friends in celebration which was really neat. well gtg bye

I heard they had to close MK down! I was shocked...I can't believe the lines are that bad! I hope they aren't that bad when I go in June!:earseek:

Which is a good thing, however-Univeral is smaller than Disney and only has 1 or 2 hotels (if I remember correctly). Disney would never be able to do that!

Universal has three hotels now but the express pass still works great. I just got back two months ago and we stayed at their hotel for one night. We rode all the rides, checked out, and went to our DVC room at the Beach Club.

i am in disney right now. the lines are bad but as i have read and with what my mom told me, that is expected the week before and the week after easter. whatever rides we wanted to do we got fast passes and we managed okay. the best part though is that we got everywhere early and most of the rides were walk on. we have only had to wait for big thunder mountain, pirates of the carribean, and dinosaur for about 15-20 minutes which in my book on easter week is not bad at all!!!! now a lot of the bandies are here (thats what i call them instead of other names people like to use about them :teeth: ) so there are immature kids everywhere!!!

I've been to Disney World 4 times over Easter and once right after Christmas, and yes, these are crowded times, but my family has never really had a problem. Yes, some rides have long waits, but if you really want to do it, you have to be willing to wait. The first time I was there when Test Track was open, we waited about an hour and a half because we really wanted to do it and were going home the next day. You can't expect to walk right on everything, especially at peak times.

That's why my family always takes advantage of the early opening- we can do almost all the stuff in Tomorrowland or Fantasyland in the hour, and then go to Frontierland or whatever else we want to do.

Easter time is the most crowded time to go to disney... we went over easter break in 2000... never will do that again! lol.. The best time I think to go is the first week of decemeber. They've already got the xmas decorations up, but it's not crowded at all. I rememeber the lines being SO short.. i think we waited like 15min for ToT. Thats like a record!

November is a great time to go. We went one time in November and there were hardly any lines at all, and the weather was still pretty warm. I have also gone quite a few times in February (the week before Presidents' Day), and the lines then usually aren't too bad.

The first time I was there when Test Track was open, we waited about an hour and a half because we really wanted to do it and were going home the next day.

The first time i went on Test Track, it wasn't officially opened yet, sop we had to wait over two hours. Later that night, we again waited two hours to ride it because we wanted to go on it again lol. That's the most I've ever waited for a ride.

last time i went it was mid-august and im not sure how busy it is during that time campared to others, but there was almost no lines! i was so surprised! our longest wait was about 15 minutes and i forget whart ride it was for. we took advantage of the fast passes and now all of you are making me nervous for my next trip! lol, i hope we get the same luck!
