Ride at IOA?

There used to be some overhead tracks in Seusess land that looked as if a ride similar to the mover at MK would go on them. I do not know the name. My husband insists that it has opened this year but I was under the impression that it would never open for some reason. Does anyone know what I am talking about and is it open?

The ride is called the High in the Sky Seuss Trolley Train Ride, and yes it is open. It opened June this year.
