Boo's mom, that concert sounds so nice! My brother was a percussionist so I can understand how it feels a lot longer than 6 months though I shouldn't say much because I am sure my French Horn playing sounded much worse at times

Elaine, my son has started to play the French Horn this year. He just brought home his first band report card the other day, and he got an "A". I loved being in the band in school. I played the clarinet, switched to the tenor sax for marching band, and even made it to drum major my senior year.

We were in Iowa for the past few days...my son is checking out the University of Dubuque, and got to be a "dorm" kid overnight.. .now, he wonders why he still has to go to high school for the rest of this year!!!
