Since I haven't done my TR yet, I'll give you some more insite into our trip. We met up with Trekker at MNSSHP & spent the next 3 1/2 days with him & his 12 yo DD! We had a blast! That's why I closed Tuesdays riddle thread with my comment about Trekker following me! I mentioned my interest in the riddle thread & who shows up here Tuesday afternoon
Now that she has been exposed to Trekker, my DW knows us DISers can't be trusted

So Bro, who is going to WDW this year and where are you staying? Inquiring DISCON buddies want to know.

Diane - how sad about those old trees. Progress!?

I don't know the riddle yet but with all the clues you would think I could figure it out. Must be because my brain is cooked, literally. DH and I sleep in a water bed. The heater has not funstioned properly for the past year and the bed was a little chilly all last winter. Well, it kicked in yesterday. When we got in bed last night, it had to have been 100º. I had to break out the summer nightgown again. DH had to leave and sleep somewhere else. I felt cooked when I woke up. I unplugged it so it will cool down for tonight.

I will try to cool off and figure this out.

Little Katie is off to the Everson Museum today for a tour....

She's very excited about it. I think it's great that the school takes the kids to the museum and, hopefully, starts a lifelong appreciation for art. It's a pretty neat museum, designed by I.M. Pei.

Good morning everyone.

Diane, I am really sad to hear about your trees.

We don't have any family trips planned at this point. I think if we go next year... it will be around DIS CON time - but as a family. We have begun talking about an early spring trip to Kalaloch - staying in their cabins on the edge of the beach. They have no TV and are quite primitive - but warm and with a view of the Pacific Ocean that can't be beat. Only a short drive to the Hoh Rain Forest National Park too. Disconnecting from technology is a good thing sometimes.

Sis! You were getting cooked like lobsters!!! We had a waterbed for years. We gave it up a few years ago. Too hard to roll outta bed in the morning.....
