BTW, it is coming along nicely. We got pictures last week, and it is getting near ready to ship here. The problem is the basement isn't ready here yet. It has been so wet here, they haven't been able to pour concrete for the footings or basement. The first truck is supposed to arrive October 31!

Very dreary here today too ... and predicted to remain so through the weekend .... I'm driving out to PA tomorrow morning for a family wedding so I hope we don't get too many downpours !

Just took my DS to the bus stop because of the downpour and his backpack got stuck as he was trying to get out of the car. This 11 year old CURSED!!!! at the backpack!

It didn't even hit me at first! When it did he was out the door and hadn't quite shut it (change a letter in shut and you'll ge the curse), and I screamed at him, "You'd better watch your friggin'mouth!!!" Some of the kids that were running for the bus turned to look and my DS yelled, "I'm sorry!"

I just sat there, confused, fuming, hurt and trying to figure out when my little boy disappeared.

I hate middle school.

I know exactly how you feel! I have 2 middle schoolers & I have felt the same way many times. I still get a glimpse of my little boy & girl but not often enough. {{{hugs}}}
