Ah, Gina, boy can I relate. We've gone through several lunch boxes and two backpacks because Luke "forgets" where he left them at school. I started taking the money for replacements out of his allowance, to no avail, he still loses them. My brother called me the other day and told me his daughter has to get glasses - she is about Luke's age, and I thought gee, I hope this doesn't happen to Luke - it will cost me a fortune in the end. He'd probably go through glasses at an astounding rate the way he loses things.
PM on its way, OK, can't be standing here in rags with such a well dressed crowd.
Snoops, our DD had glasses at age 2. That was a real JOY!! not! We finally had to put one of those athletic straps on them so she would have more trouble taking them off. By the time she was 4, she left them alone.
This weekend I'm going to see Peter Paul and Mary in concert.....
I always enjoy listening to their harmonies --- I've seen them a couple of times before and they put on a really nice show ....
They are playing at the new arena at Mohegan Sun casinos so maybe I'll bring a few quarters with me too
