IT'S MARSHA'S (MICKEYFAN1) BIRTHDAY TODAY!!!

Morning Bernie! Well not sure THIS one was worth the wait!

Yesterday's:

Tom went to town with $50 , but returned at night with $150. He bought a hat at a clothing store and some apples at the market. Then he had his eyes tested. He gets paid every Thursday by check. The banks are only open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and
Saturdays. The eye doctor is closed on Saturday. The market stays closed on Thursday and Friday. On what day did the man go to town?


Tuesday. Thursday and Friday the market is closed. Saturday the doctor's office is closed. It is evident he cashed his check because he had more money in the evening than he did when he left in the morning. He got lpaid on Thurday and went to town on the following Tuesday when the bank, doctor's office, and market were all open.

Whew - man oh man, did I sleep in today!

Our soccer game didn't start until 10 last night and guess what? WE WON and finished the season undefeated! Yippee!!!! We had a nice little party at Kowalski's, our tavern of choice these days!
