Yes! I started off using the Deal-A-Meal and switched to the FoodMover when I accidentally threw away my Deal-A-Meal wallet :headache: :blush: I am so satisfied even though I am on the 1400 calorie program. I definitely recommend it! :thumbsup2
 
He makes me laugh so hard with his short shorts and PERFECT legs, :lmao: but I do have one of his tapes that I'm secretly addicted to: Sweatin' to the Oldies 3. :ssst: But don't tell anyone, okay? :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
 
I'm scheduled to be on his Sirius show in a couple of weeks. Can't wait to talk to him! :cool1:
 

I was thinking about getting some of his new tapes and the Disco one because it seems to be short and easy to fit in during the busy work week. Any thoughts?

Nikki, I bought the Blast and Tone and Disco Sweat DVD's. Blast and Tone is 29 minutes and good for beginners. Disco Sweat is 72 minutes and may take a while to get into..not that it is difficult! Just routines change quickly. I wish that I could get some of the others on DVD! Of the 3 Sweating to the Oldies, I think #2 gives you the best workout. He is a trip, but he really cares! :goodvibes Anything that gets you moving is WONDERFUL!!
