Richard Petty Driving Experience?

For those who have done the Richard Petty Driving Experience, what did you think about it? DBF wants to try this when we go in Sept.

My DH did the ride-along and absolutely loved it! He said he could feel his insides moving when they went into a curve but his body did not move.

He is scheduled to drive in a few months and can't wait.

It takes a few hours just to do the ride-along and they don't do anything if the track is wet.

I think that the driving experience will take most of the day.

If yall can find one ( I ran across one in Texas) go try the Nascar Silicon Motor speedway. It is full size cars on hydraulics sitting in front of 3 giant screens each. Total of about 14 cars. They are all linked to the same computer and you race each other. I have driven fast cars and motorcycles all of my driving career. I will say that I got out of the car short of breath and sweating when it was over.
