Rex "nothing to see here" error every time I try to view availability?

I can't even get to the "plan" page without seeing Rex. This has been happening for a week now, has anyone else had this trouble? I've tried incognito and 3 different browsers, plus my phone...if anyone knows what I need to do to shake the cobwebs out of the system, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Well, at least there's an answer if someone else runs into this. My credit card that was saved for annual dues changed numbers and so the dues were unpaid. I have now paid up but expect it'll take until Monday to get my access back!

No issues on my end anytime recently except that one day when info on VGF launched for a little bit.

Wow. I had that too. Thanks for pointing it out. Why didn't Disney email me that my dues were in arrears? I signed up for autopay. Now I paid interest and a late fee!

ETA: I'm going to call accounting tomorrow and see if I can't get them to refund the interest and late fee. I have been on the site a lot, and checked my notifications several times (and as you mentioned, received no contact from DVC that my credit card did not go through). I think a month is plenty of time to notify an owner that their dues are in arrears due to a bad credit card...

Dues are not late until Feb 15th and they don’t freeze things until after that date.

Seems like letting me know that the credit card was declined shouldn't take six weeks...

My point was that they may not start sending out notices until after the Feb 15th date, not for payments not received by January 15th.

Or, the notice is the freezing of the accounts, which would trigger the owner to call.
