Can you please post links to the various rewards/research programs you are in and which ones you perfer? I am really trying to get started on this, but seem very overwhelmed so I am avoided it now!
 
I'm going to move this to the Rewards Board. The people there can tell you more about their experiences with a wide variety of GPT, survey and rewards programs.
