Reward TV UGH!

Still can't redeem over at RTV. This is the 3rd time I have tried (unsuccessfully) to redeem points at the given time. I am connected via cable modem and thought my system was fast but I just can't click fast enough I guess. UGH!!!!

Yes, it's very frustrating! When the rewards finally appear, it lets you put one in your basket, then I needed to fill out my address, although it's already in my profile. Then I confirm, only to be told THEN it's out of stock.

They need to revamp the system, big time!

I was unsuccessful again today, too. But it wasn't RTV's fault today, it was my boss!!! I got on the RTV site in plenty of time and was clicking back & forth between the excel worksheet I am working on and RTV and about 5 min til 11, my boss walks in my office to ask some budget questions!!! Can you imagine?!?! By the time he left, it was 2 min past 11 and the Amazon & Sears certificates were gone (didn't want the Taco Bell).

You know, they really should get their priorities straight around here!! LOL

Guess I'll try again next week.

I just went back and tried again and got the TB GC!!

I just now went in again and tried, went thru it all, and it allowed me to get the Sears gift certificate. I even checked, it has reduced my points and says it's redeemed in the account area. And after I printed that (for my record!), now the site seems to be down.

I'll let you know if I actually get this or not...

Ughhhhhhhh!!!!!!! When I went back and tried again I clicked the TB got to check out and it said I had 2 in my cart but no place to remove 1 of them. Then it gave me the msg "We're Sorry...

I tried to get the TB GC also, it was my first attempt since they went to this way of doing it, so I wasn't sure of what I was doing. I'm on a T1 line at work so my internet is as fast as can be. Although I was learning as I went, I was pretty quick at picking TB then putting quantity and click click clicking to confirm order.... Sorry out of stock!!!!

Next time I'll be a little quicker(hopefully it lands on my work hours again)

Are you saying you went back at 11:15 and were able to get one?
If so I'll keep that in mind for next time.

I went back in around 11:15 and was able to get the TB GC. At least it said it went through and the points were deducted.

Cinders.....that happened to me, too, with the 2 gc's showing up. I just changed the quantity to 1 and then there was a bar that said click here to update and it went through.

Yes, I also went back around 11:15 and tried - it seemed to go through then, it deducted the points, and shows up as redeemed for the Sears GC in the 'My RTV' details info. Have not gotten any email from RTV confiming.

I have great news to report back - the Sears gift certificate that I thought I'd gotten (but wasn't sure) arrived in my mail yesterday! As I'd said earlier, I tried for prizes exactly on the hour, but everything was gone. When I tried around 11:15, I successfully completed the redemption and points were deducted from my total, but no confirmation was sent. Well, my prize arrived today, and I'm really happy
