Reward TV...I need help!

Ok, I think I am missing something. I cannon for the life of me figure out how to cash out my points for a GC. I have read all the instructions, but it seems I cannot find out how to get to the catalog to request items. I have looked around the whole site and can't figure it out. Now usually I am a fairly bright girl, but this one's got me stumped! Please help!!

I believe you can only cash out at RTV when the "window" opens and you are the lucky person who is able to get in on the action. I had about 200K points and gave up becasue I could never get anything for them.

Maybe someone else has more info. I really don't see the point of RTV is you can never cash out.

Cashing out at RTV is not the easiest thing in the world. "Shopping Sprees," as they are called are only at certain times.

Go to "Rewards" upper right tab.
Scroll down to find "Shopping Spree," click on it.
The next shopping spree is Tuesday at 3:30pm EST

To cash out:

Sign in about 5 minutes early.
Click on Rewards, then shopping spree.
Once on shopping spree, keep refreashing until the prizes come up.
Click on the prize you want and do whatever it tells you to do.

You're not likely to get one the first time; however, it will be good to have all your information entered in the shipping screen. You are likely to get that far.
