Revised ressies, tell me I'm doing the right thing!

Ok, hubby and I are staying 5 days on our WDW trip without kids on our anniversary. We originally were going to stay off property first night and stay two nights at WL. Now we are staying first 2 night at All Star Music and the next 2 nights at WL. My family is saying why don't you just stay all four nights at ASMu and save the money? We've never stayed at WL before and I really wanted to make our anniversary special. I had paid the deposit on WL ressie and just paid in full for both ASMu nights. So I'll only owe for one WL night. This is our last WDW trip in a long time and it's our anniversary, should I just go for it? Or should I save $100 and change it to all 4 nights at All Stars????

Wilderness Lodge it is then! I only wish I could afford to stay all 4 nights there, but I won't harp on that.

Yes, I got Wilderness Lodge for $104 a night and All Star for $49 a night.

I had mentioned in my WL ressies that it was our anniversary, she noted it down too. But when I just made the All Stars one, I didn't say anything, will it still be noted there since it's all the same family? But 2 different ressie numbers.

That sounds wonderful! Enjoy your time AWAY. We went to WDW for our 5th anniversary w/o our kids who were 3 and 1 at the time. It was the best week in years! And we didn't miss our kids, especially when we saw other people's crying! LOL!

BTW-If it was me, I'd change to 4 nts at WL! You deserve it!

We just spent our 30th without kids, at WL in Dec. It was wonderful! Such a beautiful resort! My husband was quite taken with it also!! Enjoy!!

I can understand why you would like to spend some of your vacation at a deluxe resort! Don't listen to your family... it is YOUR vacation, and you will constantly be saying "what if...", if you don't stay at the WL!

Terrific rates you got. I'm glad you went with WL. And who cares what the family thinks. My family thinks we're nuts for going to WDW every 2 yrs. And for staying on-site. Sheesh. What do they know. Have a ball. It's your vacation and you do what you want to do!!!!

Oh what I would give to be in your shoes........I want to take hubby back to WL for our Anniversary trip and the time frame we can go the cheapest room is $189..... We are even Annual Passholders but no breaks for that time frame. You will LOVE WL. It is a bit of heaven on earth. Many happy returns and have a wonderful trip........You are doing the right thing..........
