We love lunch there. I always order a flatbread and a salad. My DD had calcmari last time and we all "helped" her with it It was great. My DS#1 had a spicy pasta dish there that he loved. The sevice is fast and friendly and we enjoy the atmosphere.

We used to love it! We had been in 95, 98, 00, and 01 and always enjoyed our meal. Then we went in 02, and they had changed the menu right before our visit. Of course, the dish I had wanted was no longer there and nothing else on the menu interested me. The meals that others got were very disappointing, but I did still enjoy the pizza. Since then I see they have changed the menu again, and it looks very good to me now. We plan to go back and try it again and hope the new menu is better.

My wife has been there a couple of times and she has enjoyed it each time. I've been there once and was a bit disappointed. I did not like my appetizer at all (it had goat cheese in it and I did not realize it when I ordered it...it was not indicated on the menu) but the flatbread I got was pretty tasty. I thought the atmosphere was good and the service OK but for what we ordered, I couldn't believe we spent almost $100 for lunch (for 3 adults and 1 child)...much more than I anticipated spending before I walked in the restaurant. I will probably go back one day but won't go out of my way to do so.

Mama Melrose often gets mixed reviews here and I never know why...our whole family loves it.
The flatbread pizzas are good....don't expect pizza...but a "pizza-like food"....sounds strange, but they are good! Soups and salads also very good...along with the ice cold beer on a hot day!
We also like it because it is very un-Disneylike. By that, I mean the restaurant can be anywhere in the country...any Main Street. No signs that you're in the middle of Disney. We usually slate this restaurant for the middle of the week when we need an hour or so diversion from the world of Mickey and Minnie!
