yes these are on a website BUT they are personal experiences :thumbsup2
you should get some great insight-

We ate at Wolfgang Puck Cafe (downstairs) & it was pretty good. We were on the DDP so it didn't hurt so much as it is pretty steep. I had the artichoke & five cheese dip with toasted flatbread as an app. Could have made a whole meal out of that. DH had the BBQ chicken quesidilla & that was great too. We enjoyed the apps better than the entrees. I had a 12oz ribeye for $32 & DH had the wolf's chicken alfredo for $18. They were both ok. My meat didn't turn out the way I wanted-I actually liked DH's meal, but he thought the chicken in his meal was really tough. Dessert was limited as they were out of a few things. DH tried the key lime pie which he picked at & I ate the carrot cake which was really good. Overall, the place is really busy & maybe I didn't order the right entree. Wanted to try the macadamia nut crusted chicken. Maybe next time. Wouldn't rule out the place, but it wasn't a favorite of our 8 day stay.

Last September my boyfriend and I ate at WPC and it was very good, don't really remember it, but I had the pumpkin ravioli and it was delish. We also ate at the Brown Derby and were not impressed for 2TS. Didn't have 2 bottles of wine we requested and the meals weren't that memorable. Service was fine though. Have fun!

Of your list I have eaten at:
Wolfgang Puck's. It was really good, it gets very noisy in there so I was glad we went early. We were some of the first ones in there and our waitress was able to give very good service as she was not so busy. We also had a nice view out the window of the lake and Saratoga Springs. Once it filled up, I was glad we were almost done as the tables were close together. I had the bbq chicken quesedilla, it was outstanding, we also got some calarmari which was way too salty. I had the pumpkin ravioli for an entree, it was good, delicious but really rich! I had a few bites of my dd's macadamia encrusted chicken which was fabulous. Dh had a steak, he said it was wonderful. Ds had the wolfredo pasta, it was not good, tasted like burned butter, way too greasy, not an alfredo sauce type thing but just butter. For desserts we had the carrot cake which was wonderful, some creme brulee which was also good and my dd got a kids sundae (even though she was at age 10 an adult, they let her order a kids dessert). I would definitely return, its very pricey and the portions are huge. So the DDP makes it a great deal, and if you paying OOP, you can easily share.

San Angel Inn: We love this place. This is not Tex Mex, but rather a more authentic Mexican food (except for the Tostitos chips they serve). I really like the filet, it's wonderful. I have also gotten the plato Mexicano and that is very good. The nachos are served with Mexican sausage which I really like. The chicken tortilla soup is also very tasty. They have killer margaritas here! I had the flan for dessert and it was some of the best I have had. Its very dark in there, the tables are close together but we just love this place and always have to go!

Hollywood Brown Derby: I had the cobb salad it was wonderful and we split a piece of the grapefruit cake. We weren't on the DDP that trip so didn't order appetizers. I have not been back because since then I have been on the DDP and I don't think this place is worth two ts credits. I really liked it, we loved the atmosphere but our kids prefer Sci Fi and Prime Time. So until dh and I go to WDW ourselves we may not be back! But I did really enjoy our meal there.

Hope that helps a bit!

Alfredos is good but the food is very rich and filling and we were uncomfortable for the rest of the night. I would go there for lunch so I have the rest of the day to digest it!
