Review of Chipotle Mexican Grill

Being fans of quasi-Mexican food chains like Tijuana Flats & Moe's Southwestern Grill, we decided to give the fairly recently-opened Chipotle Mexican Grill a whirl. It's located in the Ocoee/Winter Garden area, off of State Road 50, and is a very casual counter service place.

I love Chipotle. The burritos are HUGE tho. I usually cut mine in half and have half at supper and save the rest for lunch the next day. Add in an order of guac and chips and I'm set!!

I agree; I couldn't eat more than half of my burrito. Luckily, I had my husband with me to do clean-up duty I have read that you can do off menu ordering and order tacos individually, and I will probably do that next time.

Hi Heather.

Chiptolte is huge here in Minnesota. I rarely go there because I just don't want all that food!

My kids love the place, and I know with my DD visiting from Florid athis week we'll be headed there for lunch one of these days. I'll try your tip on ala-carte ordering.

Yes, Chipotle has been around our parts for years now too...the main competition for it here is QDoba...both have the large stuffed burritos...my favorite is to get the 'naked' or 'non-tortilla' burrito, all the fixings in a bowl....just as yummy, just not as filling.

Chipotle's Hot is really a yummy hot too...just an FYI for those that like hot mexican food

condiments and other things you can add to your burger/burrito/etc. on your own. Pecos Bill's at the Magic Kingdom has a 'fixings bar' where you can get sauteed onions, mushrooms, lettuce, etc. and add whatever you want.

1.Chipotle Mexican Grill My favorite but menu doesn't have as much variety
as other places,and chips are separate!

2.Tijuana Flats Only been there once,I ordered the biggest burrito,they
come in 3 sizes so people have a choice,meat was very
spicy but good and they have a hot sauce bar with like
15 different spicy and sweet sauces

3.Qdoba Good all around,not as spicy as the others,but I like spice!


4.Moe's Southwest Grill The positive is that entrees come with tortilla chips
but the food isn't consistent a couple of times the
rice has been hard and the steak just doesn't taste
as good as the other places!!

5.Baja Fresh Mexican Grill Used to like it more but last time I went my
burrito was like 60% tomatoes with little meat
