it's 5-3 and the yankees are losing. here's the dumb crap that happened:
the only sport i understand is cheerleading

i had a couple lessons with him and we have so many inside jokes because i'm such a clutz and stuff. he had to help me constantly and would always laugh at me. it was hilarious...)

so then i was on the slick boards (this really slippery board thingy lol...and u do it for balance and leg strength and stuff). so then jeremy came up behind me and pushed me right when i was about to go and i fell flat on my butt because the board was so slippery!!! i was cracking up SO HARD and so was like everyone else in the building. then rob (the owner guy) came over and was like, "are you working emily?" because he didnt no it was jeremy that pushed me! and iwas like "yeah!" but i was laughing so hard i like choked at him and he looked at me like i was freak!!! lOl!! so anyway, my lesson was going by smoothly, until it was time for the weights part. i had a pretty hard routine thing today and coach k wouldn't help me!! (all of the names are really hard to figure out so i never know what to do!! LoL!!) so heather was helping me, but then coach k wouldn't let her help me either. so i skipped like 4 routines and did ones that i knew how to do, which were still really hard, and i couldnt do all of them right. so then coach g came over and iwas like "i suck at this!!" and he was like "you don't suck at anything. now, let me help." then coach k came like RUNNING over and was like "no!! dont help her!!!" then jeremy, on the other side of the gym started cracking up and was like "coach k she skipped a bunch of her routines!!" and so coach k helped me with them FINALLY but then they made me stay for the last 5 minutes ( i was done early and usually they let u go home) and do squat lateral steps or sometthing (they really hurt and i'm really bad at them because i'm not very coordinated!) because jeremy KNOWS i suck at them!!! so then i did that for 5 minutes but my dad wasnt there yet, so i had to stay anyway. do heather came up to me and was like "we have to get those guys back for being so mean to you." and so for 5 minutes we planned something.......dumdumdumdum.....lol......anyway, so coach k went into the girl's bathroom to empty the trash (because me and this other guy were the last people there). and so heather had one of the keys and we locked him in the bathroom!!!!!! it was soooo funny!!! then jeremy was like "where's coach k?" and he was like banging really loud on the door of the bathroom. so jeremy was like "omg em what did u do??" and he was like "give me the key." and i wouldn't so he like chased me around the entire thing before i threw them to heather. then we played monkey in the middle with the keys and he never got them. but what we didnt notice was rob and coach g had come in and unlocked the bathroom door!!!! so coach k was out and he picked me up and like stuffed me in the empty garbage can in the girl's bathroom!!!!! and it was really tall and i'm not very tall so i was stuck in there basically. they all stood there laughing at me (even heather!!!) then rob came in and was like "alright. i'm gonna get out of here as soon as i can (because we were in the girl's bathroom) but emily your dad is here..." and so heather helped me out and rob shut the bathroom door behind me and locked the door while coach k, coach g, and jeremy were all still in there!!! then he started laughing really hard and then i had to leave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i really wanna know what happened though!!!!! it was so much fun. ok!!! the end!!! lol my fingers hurt.....

ok....so here (finally) is my velocity story.
tonight i had velocity (the place where i weight train and condition and stuff). there are trainers/coaches there. they are:
keith (or coach k. he's like one of the head guy. he's hilarious and really cool. he ran my lesson tonight [or at least part of it. see below]. he;s kinda cute but not really hot....)
jeremy (who's REALLY hot!!!
coach g (i don't remember what his real name is but i nicknamed him coach g [for giraffe because he's REALLY tall, especially compared to me, and giraffe was his least favorite nickname so it stuck!! lol]. he's really hot too. i had my first couple lessons with him and so we're friend LoL!!
heather (she's new. today was her first lesson as a coach and she did my lesson!! i met her when she was an intern so we're friends!! lOl!! i helped her alot lol!! we talked about so much stuff: guys, school, sports, clothes, all different stuff!!! and we kept teasing coach k, coach g, and jeremy!! it was so fun!!)
rob (he's not a coach, he's just like the owner guy. he walks around and checks up on people and stuff. he looks kinda like a tall ben affleck with a goatee! lOl!! he's nice and pretty cute!! lOl!!!! in a ben affleck sorta way.....)
anyway, so jeremy's lesson ended early and mine was still going on. and he kept coming up to me and pushing me while i was trying to do balancing drills on one foot. so heather and i started calling him crybaby and stuff becuase whenever someone asks about his tatoo he talks about how much it hurt and stuff.

How is this guy Yo-yoing himself?
He's SO nice, and he doesn't compliment many people. But he compliments me in basketball and he's always telling everyone how good I am at track!!! He's my favorite coach! {Ahh and I DON'T think he's hot anymore. He's just wicked cool!}
