Reusing Magic bands at Kid's club

We were on a cruise in January and my kids wanted to keep their bands from the club. We leave again for our next cruise in a few weeks, and I just thought about this....Can I take their old bands with us and have them use those?

They can if they still work. My son loves his kids club bands and refuses to take them off. We asked about reusing and they said they could but since he wears them all the time, they've been too beat up and have stopped working.
