Returns at the online Disney store?

This is kind of budget related, I suppose. I recently ordered a personalized lunch bag from the online Disney store. It came yesterday, and the dimensions of the bag are smaller than what was listed on the website. I had specifically bought it to hold a Laptop Lunchbox, and it's not even close to big enough to do that.

I looked on the website, but there's not a whole lot of info there about returns. Who pays the shipping charges if I return it? Can you even returned a personalized item? It was only $14, so if I have to pay $6 or $7 shipping I'll just keep it. Thanks for any help. :)
 
The website has more information if you click the "Contact Us" link. I did find this : "Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective."
 
I have picked up some great deals at the Disney Store from returns made by customers online or at the parks. If you have a Disney Store nearby, I would call and see if they will take it back for you. Good Luck!:goodvibes
 
I would call guest services and tell them of the discrepancy in the sizes. They'll either have you return the item by providing you with a shipping label/call tag or let you keep the item and refund the amount. Usually when it's less than $30 they do the latter.
