This is kind of budget related, I suppose. I recently ordered a personalized lunch bag from the online Disney store. It came yesterday, and the dimensions of the bag are smaller than what was listed on the website. I had specifically bought it to hold a Laptop Lunchbox, and it's not even close to big enough to do that.
I looked on the website, but there's not a whole lot of info there about returns. Who pays the shipping charges if I return it? Can you even returned a personalized item? It was only $14, so if I have to pay $6 or $7 shipping I'll just keep it. Thanks for any help.
