Is there a way to return a $20 playstation network card? My DS13 doesn't think he will use it.

no, stores wont take them back, it says so on the back, but if he has a psp. or a ps3 its VERY easy to spend 20 bucks on psn. VERY VERY easy..

Just got back from Walmart about an hour ago and they did let him return it. He needed a parent to show id because he is 13. So I guess it worked out ok for us at that store.

glad it worked out for ya, that store just ate $20. they usually wont take em back.
