I saw Return Of The King 3 times already still one of the best movies I've ever seen.

One of my friends was thinking about how great it would be if a second trilogy was made, first film being part of the silmarillion, second film also the silmarillion, and the third film being The Hobbit

i know!!!!!!!!! i think that is another reason(besides his wonderful acting and his gourges looks) they choose him for movies.(when he was younger) such as, The War, Huck Finn, etc. because he looked really young.

i've been obsessed with him ever since i was like 5 or 6. it was my sis. she showed me a pic. of him when i first saw him. i fell for him at that very momement.

i saw rotk at midnight opening day with about 20 people, it was great. i've never been so enraptured by a film as i have been by each of these.

as for frodo having to leave the shire... it's less about him not being able to enjoy things, and more just about the "rules" of middle earth. he was a ring bearer, as were galadriel and elrond, so they all left m.e. for the immortal kingdom to the west (although frodo will still die).

i've been doing a whole lot of reading about LOTR lately, including:
-lotr trilogy
-hobbit
-silmarillion
-tolkien's book of lost tales v1 and v2
-tolkien's unfinished tales
-atlas of middle earth

and a few others. i've also seen pretty much all the "making of" stuff about the movies. as you can tell, i've become a little obsessed with the stories lately... i even wear this:

anyway, so if anyone has questions about the movies/story, i can probably answer them.
