Return flight info not listed on ME packet?

I'm taking a trip to Disney next week, and staying with a friend who has DVC. She booked us a room at OKW. She lives in Orlando so she won't be flying or using Magical Express, but I will. She said that she had the be the one that set it up for me since the reservation is primarily in her name. So I sent her all of my flight info and she passed it all on to Disney ME (I don't doubt that she did it all correctly, as she's totally responsible and reliable!). However, when I received my packet the return flight info isn't listed - my friend thought this didn't matter and that I'd still receive my ME stuff to get home when the time comes once I'm there.

I wanted to double check - if the return info isn't listed, am I still able to get a ride back to the airport? Or do I have to do something else? And is it true that I can't handle my own ME stuff since the reservation is under my friend's name (I am listed as a guest in the room though)? Basically - what should I do in this situation?

If you have the reservation #, just call and give them the flight info. You won't have any problems..

To make things a tiny bit more complicated, when I booked originally and got magical express it was with a different friend (same resort) so I used that confirmation number. So I've switched rooms and therefore reservation numbers, but figured ME would be fine since I'm at the same resort and not using the luggage delivery service. If I call would I have to start from scratch as a "new" reservation, given that my old one is technically outdated? I've never even booked ME for myself before, so I'm a little lost on what to do and what's expected.

Thanks, that is good to know! I'm hoping I can just double check with them once I arrive (since it's just my return flight), and if they don't have the info for some reason I could give it to them then.

A good time to arrange the return trip on Magical Express is at your resort upon arrival. Sometimes the CM at the welcoming area at the airport will corner you and do it then instead.

Everyone in your party does not have to leave at the same time, and some can even leave a day or so earlier.

Whatever you do or have done, you need to get a confirmation the morning of the day before the day you will leave. Usually this confirmation is slipped under your room door. If not, or you have another change to make, go down to the front desk and get the (possibly revised) confirmation before you head to the parks that day before the day you will leave.

The bus back to the airport as confirmed should be about 3 hours before your flight.
