Retrieving Adr's online

I made most of my ADR's over the phone, and I wanted to bring them up online to print out.

I can't seem to do it. I'm sure I have the ADR #'s right. And I'm sure that I am using the right phone number.

Is the system having troubles, or should I be concerned?
 
no. same thing happened to me. you have the confirmation email(s). you are ok. i called disney dining and everything was ok. the website was acting up.
 
I checked my ADR's online yesterday, and they were there. I just logged in and clicked on "My Reservations."
 

I have been checking on and off to try to recover my reservations and no luck. I have grown to really like how they stored the reservations for me, but I should have known it wouldn't be dependable :headache:
 
I made almost all my ADRs over the phone too. Only one was made online. That is the only one showing up on our account. I can't seem to pull up anything else.

I called today to make sure my ADRs were still there. I was told that they are in the system, but they're not linking up to the online system...whatever that means. :confused3 At least I'm assured that my ADRs are there. I plan to call again, just before our trip. In the meantime, I will check often online. Hopefully they'll show up.
 
I had the same problem too. I couldn't find my reservations using the retrieve function. I tried entering my home and cell numbers and nothing appeared. I ended up called online tech support over the weekend.

It turns out the reason I couldn't find the adrs online is because when the CM made the adrs, they did not add a phone number to it. The tech support CM asked me to provide my confirmation numbers and she added my cell phone number to each one. Now when I go online, all of my adrs appear and they are linked to my resort reservation.
 
I have not been able to pull up my ADrs now for a week. I have spoke to disney dining and the support line. No one seems to have a clue or seems to care. My reservations are there. I just can't retrieve them. I probably have 5 reservations I need to cancel, but I can't, and I don't feel like digging up the conf numbers and waiting on hold for 20 minutes just to cancel. I am beyond frustrated. I paid 2000 dollars for the deluxe dining plan I would like to be able to confirm my reservations without the hastle of calling.
 
I can't get mine to come up either. Was on the phone with tech support for quite awhile. She couldn't figure out why we couldn't pull them up, but assured me they were in the system.
I'll be bringing my confirmation #'s with me for sure!
