Restruant Reception Location

When choosing a restruant reception location do you still get to choose

table style
chairs
and centre pieces

any help will be much appreciated

We're having our dinner reception at Jiko in the Wine Room. You use the existing tables, chairs and linens, but you can also substitute linens...

For instance, Jiko doesn't use table cloths, so if you want them, you have to rent them (we're doing Ivory runners instead $10.50 each). Also, the napkins they use are a browny/green color and so we're renting Ivory napkins @$1.25 each.

We are doing our own centerpieces and I've been working with Rosie on them. We are doing a single orchid in a square glass container with sand(about 3 a table).
We are bringing our own placecards and placecard holders, and our own votive candles and holders. Disney Floral will place everything for us for a fee....

wow thank you this is exactly what i wanted to know i was looking at california grill i want table runners and i really wanted to bring our own napkins as we want to have personalised ones for each guest

and same with place cards and holders we will bring our own as well
