Is it true this restaurant serves Mcdonalds?

It used to. A year or so ago, McDonald's contract with Disney to operate in the theme parks was not renewed, so it doesn't any longer. You won't find any McDonald's food served inside any of the theme parks now.

If you do want McDonald's there is one located at the intersection of West Buena Vista Drive & Osceola Parkway (right before the Animal Kingdom), it is renewly refurbished as well. The second location is at Downtown Disney - adjacent to the World of Disney store.
