Restaurants that DON'T accept ADR's...

I am trying to remember all the table service restaurants that DON'T take ADR's...so far I have:

Big River Grille & Brewing Works
ESPN Club
Wolfgang Puck's on West Side (downstairs)

Any others???

All the literature now says Wolfgang's doesn't take ADR's...although they did when we went last year.

What about Rainforest Cafe at Downtown Disney? I don't think you can get this through Disney Dining. You may be able to if you call them directly.

Wolfgang Puck's downstairs does accept ADRs. We were just there the end of Aug w/ ADRs.
