Restaurants open during Extra Magic Hours?

I would like to plan to go to the Sci Fi Restaurant at DH during Extra Magic Hours at night.

Do they keep the restaurants open during these hours and do they accept reservations during these times?

How about Starring Rolls?

I know Sci-fi will be open, and you will be able to book reservations, but the counter service options I am not sure about. You can call disney dining and they should be able to tell you.

I'm pretty sure Starring Rolls always closes early since it's more of a morning/lunchtime bakery.

The schedule can vary somewhat from one EEMH to another.

Starring Roles closes every day between 3 and 4 PM.
