Restaurants not on DDP?

Just doing some planning for next year's trip and noticed something...

We're not on the DDP, but family we're travelling with will be and I was curious whether STK might be a 2 TS crediter as we really enjoyed our meal there this year.

It looks like STK isn't an option for the DDP at all, so this got me wondering if there are any other exclusions we would normally take for granted?

STK is a 2017 participating restaurant with the DDP. I assume it will be participating next year.

None of the restaurants in the Swan or Dolphin participate. Add restaurants like fresh, garden Grove, Pucabu, Fountain etc.

The lounges around the world also don't participate, both those in the resorts and the parks.
